Answer honestly. What causes this slow reaction in the brain. When it comes to listening, learning, being attentive, I'm slow. Why? What's going on in my brain. I am greatly motivated so I work hard to get it right, but what causes this slow reaction. I'm tried of not getting things as quick as others do. Is it that they have more confidence than I do?

There are lots of things such as drugs and alcohol. You also have to take in the genes that the parents have passed on. There are also chromosomes that also determine whether a person is gay or straight or has down syndrome or not and there are 42 I believe.

I'm assuming you are saying slow, the non jokingly way.

And yes I have been called slowed but it was only a joke

it might be genetics related or hereditary. or better yet some parts of the brain didn't develop well. Others just don't like doing things at a fast pace. it's just their nature, nothing to do with the brains
