If it's a birthday or Valentine's Day and you see all of the cards say mushy, sweet things, but you find anything like that to be inappropriate, it is likely you are no longer in love.

If you come home from work and there are belladonna mushrooms growing on the lawn and you think, "Gee, today might be a good day to make some spaghetti sauce," then it is likely you are no longer in love.

If you have to ask, it is likely you are no longer in love.

Well are we talking about in a marriage, or what? Love changes in any relationship....and if it is a good relationship it grows as well. It doesn't stay the same ever...and a marriage is always in motion...either improving, or going the other way..so it takes work on the part of both partners to hang in there and make it work, make it grow, and work on improving every area.

But baling out! Why? because you aren't getting what you want? That isn't real and lasting love.

Love is knowing that no one can take that other person's place and is worth the effort to make them happy! Otherwise it is just selfish and shallow!

The sign of falling out of love with someone is when you feel relieved when you are not around them or they are gone. Or if you don't really care about them or what happens to them anymore.

Ask yourself if this is the person you want changing your diaper and caring for you when you're old. If not, find someone else.

You just know when you are no longer "in love" with someone. Your feelings for them just seem to disappear and you find that you no longer want to be with them.
