If you're happy, who cares? He's not related to you, so it's not incestuous, and three years isn't a big difference in age. I see no problem here.

Do you mean your in-law or brother in-law. I am trying to understand. I am sure you do not mean you your sister's husband or your husbands brother.
Or is your husband dead and your dating his brother or is your sister dead and you are dating her husband.
If the case is that you are cheating on your husband or sisters husband is having an affair with you stop it and regain your self worth. No matter how he makes you feel you can not truly feel good about yourself.
I am not judging you but as a human being relationship are special and we want to have peace in them. Having an affair with an a brother-in-law is not healthy for your moral. You will lose your self worth if you continue.
Go for counseling and find your way.

For one it doesn't matter whether he is 3 yrs. younger or not. He is your brother-in-law, so maybe you should re-think and get someone else to date. This could be unpleasant at times if you keep dating.

My question is who are you dating. Are you dating your sister's husband's brother? Then it's fine. If you're dating your sister's husband or your husband's brother, there's a problem.

What do you mean "what should I do?" If you don't feel comfortable doing it then you shouldn't do it. It doesn't matter what others think about it. What matters is how you feel personally and whether or not you can handle the talk that such a relationship may cause in your community. Just because others don't accept it doesn't necessarily make it wrong. And just because others do accept it doesn't make it right. So you have to decide how you feel.

He is pretty much your family if he was married to your sister. I would just leave it alone and be friends. You can find someone else don't waste your time upsetting everyone.

so long as we are talking about your sisters, husband's brother or your brother's wife's brother. and neither of you are married, there isn't a problem. age is no concern.
