Start forcing yourself to get up early in the morning. Even if you only went to bed just a few hours before. DON'T take any naps during the day! By the time 10 rolls around for bedtime, you'll be sleeeeepy. After a few days of this you'll find that your sleeping pattern will start to fall back into the"normal" pattern that you need for school.

There are a couple of things you can do:

1. Workout, do a dance or whatever you enjoy doing of physical activity before bed. It will make you more tired.
2. Take a nice warm bubble bath with candles and relaxing music. It will get your body relaxed and ready to go to bed.
3. Do something relaxing that you enjoy ex. reading, singing, listening to music (on a low volume) or watch t.v
4. During the day don't go in your bedroom for anything else except sleeping ! This will help your mind feel like its in a new environment and it will completely relax your muscles.
5. Try taking something that has a very important value to you for a certain reason ex. a stuffed animal that was given to you by somone who passed away or a boyfriend etc. This will help you feel safe and also relaxed.

Everyone is different. So try them all and see which works best for you. I hope I helped !! ;]
