the one thing that stands out is: while I was selling shoes at Dillard's during the crazy x-mas season, i had someone throw a shoe at me...talk about x-mas spirit.

Yes. When I was just a child (maybe 9 or 10) my girlfriends and I were playing in the yard. Three or 4 older boys walked by and one of them threw a tomato at me and hit me right in the gut. He threw it really hard and doubled me up. I couldn't breath and it took me 3 or 4 minutes to be able to stand up straight. My girlfriend's mom looked at it--my skin was red. I thought for sure I was hurt really bad, but I never had any lasting effects. The boys ran away when they realized I had been hit. Nice kids, huh?

I was a dork in middle school so I'm sure I had all kinds of things thrown at me but oddly I don't remember any of them. The only thing I remember was throwing something myself and getting caught, and what I threw was a spitball... it stuck to this girl's poster on the wall and she cried about it. What a wuss! :)

so you know my mama too?
She used to throw anything and everything.
Once she threw a glass --- a real glass. And busted it right next to my baby sister. I was twelve but I yelled at her for throwing a glagg in the direction of the baby!
BTW, she got a new clock radio for Christmas EVERY YEAR!
That's a 10 point answer. I need the points. My mom needs an "operation". haha ----temperectomy! She needs her temper surgically removed.

Yes, when I was in third grade a classmate threw a rock at me.
Unfortunately I caught it with my mouth and it chipped my front tooth. My mother was horrified.
Fast forward 30 years, a root canal, two caps and a tumor and I no longer have that front tooth.
That small action by my classmate costs me thousands of dollars, lots of pain and I still have thousands more dollars to spend and plenty of pain to endure to replace the tooth completely.

There was this guy in my class that would throw anything tiny enough to go though the hole in the top on my shirt, gum wrappers, beads, staples, "atoms", or little rolled up balls of paper...ONCE THOUGH! A guy in my class threw me a piece of gum and it went down my shirt and I didn't even notice for a few seconds and then he was like "NO! NO! I didn't mean to do it," and then I told him, "Oh yeah, you aren't _____ (the guy that had a crush on me) So it's a-okay :P"

Yes, I had an apple thrown at me once in high school when I was involved in a food fight. It stung when it hit my arm!
