Hi all. Okay so i have the worst headache and havent slept in 2 days!! I took nyquil about 3 hrs ago (the full cup), but i was wondering, is it okay if i took another cup now??? The first one didnt work and i still feel sick and not tired! Is this okay?
when i say cup, i mean the cup that they give u w the bottle. lol.

My Father tried taking more than directed many years ago. It had the opposite affect--It kept him awake all night!! For a natural remedy, try taking a magnesium supplement with other minerals. It can be calming.

You should be fine. I think the bottle says you can take every six hours, this would be half way there. Hopefully, it'll just make ya tired and you'll sleep.

Don't do more than is recommended. That could be dangerous. How about tomorrow night trying Tylenol PM, or something like it? It works for me.
