I just miscarried twin boys on March 7, 2007. And now I find out that I am 5 weeks pregnant!!! I never thought this day would come. My question is...is it possible to feel your baby move this early? If so what does it feel like?

Sorry for your loss and congrats on the new blessing. You won't be able to feel the baby move until at least 16 weeks...most likely 18-20 weeks. Congrats to you.

No...too early. Usually most people can feel the baby move between 18-22 weeks. It's a wonderful feeling. Congrats.

Its most defiantly NOT possible to feel the baby at 5 weeks along. The baby is the size of the tip of your pinkie fingernail at this point if not smaller.

No , what you are probably feeling is gas, or you might be bloated. You start feeling movement around like your 4th month. Or if you are having twins again probably sooner than that but not at 5 weeks.

Sorry for you r loss and congrats on your wonderful news, you would not be able to feel the baby move this soon. When the time comes and it will it feels like butterflies, tiny gas bubbles.Good luck with everything.

What you could be feeling is the implantation and your uterus stretching. Very possible, not baby though still to early since they're sooo tiny at that stage. Congrats though! And good Luck :)

5 weeks is way to soon to feel any movement as the baby is way to tiny right now........ I just started to feel movement, im 14weeks in 2 days..... it feels like gas or like butterflies. if your not paying attention you won't even feel it. I think you have to be really intune with your body to notice movement early on.

at first, i think it feels like little flutters (like when a butterfly lands on you and its wings brush against you). although you wouldn't be able to feel them this soon, you should somewhere around 16 weeks. they become more apparent once you realize what it feels like. then you lay in bed and just wait for the movements. it's awesome!

not until about 18-20 weeks with your first...it feels like rice krispies at first, then little bumps, then rolls that are a little creepy to get used to at first! congrats!
