Usually yes. However, I lived in denial for a lot of years and the stress of that brought on depression. I've rectified that and have noticed that I am more at peace with myself now. Only time will tell whether that has 'cured' the depression but I haven't had an episode in the past three months.

I can honestly say i'm smilin more often than not but i know someone who wins hands down in the cheerful stakes...... my nephew Sunni (yes really his name) who believe me more than lives upto it. An thats not me bein bias cos he's mine everyone who meets him passes comment on how happy he is. The child does not cry EVER i've witnessed it twice and he's 13 months old and lives next door so i see him normally every day!!!!

Yes,but very ocassionaly its a wee bit cloudy,to be honest,like the Scottish weather.

kind of by lunchtime....ususally after being screamed at down a phone.....I figure...screw it not gonna let them grind me down and take each day as it comes....live for today tomorrow takes care of itself......
