you need math in everything
and computer science...wow...that's like asking if you need math to be a mathematics major
computer science is a lot of high level math
fashion design you'll need math b/c you going to need to calculate real word events etc....
prob basic calc and trig problems
if you go to a college...Fashion design...what do you think goes into a design...it's all angles and measurements..
even if you won't have to do that in the real world b/c you might have a computer...they will want you to know how

1: It depends on your school's requirements for GE, although computer science is mostly math courses, just to let you know. At my college people only had to take 3 science and engineering classes for GE, so instead of math they can take, say, biology, astronomy, and entymology.
2: No job can make you become a millionaire. The only way to be a millionaire is to save your money. If someone has a low paying job (say, in independent films) as long as they save some, and invest it wisely, they will become a millionaire.

You will need math no matter what your major. Besides, it's a college general education requirement. Also, most computer science majors are math minors or math double majors. At my college they have to take so many math classes that it automatically gives them a math minor and they only need 3 more for a math major in addition to the computer science.
