There are 4, but all zeros after a decimal point are not necessarily significant, only if they are at the end of the decimal or between two non-zero digits.

0.0001 = 1 significant digit

0.0101 = 3 s.d.

Four. The zeroes are significant because they are after the decimal point. Any zeroes after decimal points are always significant, as long as there are non-zero numbers before the decimal point, as there are here.
