Near sunset when the bees go to bed. Why are they interested in your fruit? Are they eating the berries? Do you have a nest in there? That's spooky.

I have notice many have suggested picking the berries at nite you are smarter to pick those berries in the very early morning as any fruit is preserved and presented best when picked during the early morning dew, a time when you won't find the bees are busy.
So picking the fruit in the morning not only gives you the best fruit, it also avoids the bees.
Plant other flowering shrubs near by for next year. Ants and bees are actually necessary and valuable in your garden, you don't want to chase them away. It is why you have such a nice garden in the first place.
Ants pollenate most flowers and so do bees.

The bees are trying to get food and will not sting you unless you grab a bee. I would get in the bush, shake the limb and then grab the berries.

If your like me and don't like the bees then your not going to like my answer. You have to just go for it. The bees aren't looking to attack you, they want food..water. I used to work in a nursery and had to get over my fear really quick because selling tickets to my running baywatch show was out of the question. I wasn't ever stung and I can assure you that if you get stung, it would be an accident and not an intentional thing. They won't be seeking you out.
Good luck and be brave

Pick them late in the afternoon when the bees are retreating back to the hive.

Have someone come and remove the hive. It might cost you 50 bucks but if you have lots of berries... It's worth it.
