I'd wish for more wishes.
That's kinda cheap, so if I really only had one, I guess it would be that I had awesome guitar skills. And I mean the best guitar skills ever. Because that way I can get rich, meet people, play benefit concerts, etc (and have fun at the same time)
We'd all benefit.
