Yes they do, because no one is happy all the time, so they must be phony, and trying to give people the impression they are soooooooooo much fun to be around. That kind of continual perkiness makes me sick, really.

Only under certain circumstances.
1) Any time within the first two hours of my waking up and after I have had at LEAST my first cup of coffee

2) IF they combine the perky happy thing with a squeaky or high pitched voice

3) If they add acting like the stereotype dumb blonde (PLEASE NOTE I DID SAY STEREOTYPE and not just a dumb blonde, I KNOW there are smart blondes out there and know a few of them.)

Other than that I don't mind them in small doses throughout the day. Constant exposure to them could cause me to go into sugar shock.

Maybe, but I think perpetual complainers are worse. Just my opinion. I will agree that fake perky people are annoying but, the ones that are actually happy and just want to be nice. Those ones are o.k in my book.

Sometimes but I would love to be happy all the time and I think I only get annoyed because I'm usually not happy.

Only if they're a server at a restaurant and they keep coming by every 5 minutes asking if everything is ok while I'm trying to chew my food.
