I've already asked a question like this before, and I've finally chose a molly! Now I'm wondering if a molly will go good with 6 adult guppies, 14 babies, and a Siamese algae eater? The babies are in a fry net, so the molly cannot get at them. But what I'm trying to say is, when one of my guppies gives birth, will the molly consume the babies before I can get them in the fry net? Because my guppies don't seem to notice their babies. Someone please answer!

That's all I have in my tank are molly's and guppies. They are both considered "community" fish - they will be fine together.
As for the babies?? I think it depends on the fish most of the time. I never put my babies in a net and from what I've seen no one has ever eaten them. I also have lots of hiding places for them though. I don't recommend doing that unless you give them plenty of shelter to hide.

Well, if your fish (all of them) are well fed, then your mollies shouldn't consume all of your guppy fry. As for now, when you see a gravid (pregnant) female guppy, you should quickly get another breeder net and put her there. When she had finished her birthing period, take her out and put her into the main show tank and let her rest. I am sure you would know all about fry feeding and stuff like that.

It depends on the personality of the fish, whether or not it will eat the babies. Normally it is the mother of the fry that eats the fry but sometimes the other females will try to eat the fry also. Your best plan is to make sure there are plenty of hiding places for your fry to seek cover in until they are big enough to not look like a snack to anyone.

If you have the same success I've had with my fancy guppies, then they will overtake your aquarium because they have many babies and in no time, you will have so many guppies that you need to sell some back to pet shops, like I do.

Just feed them very little each morning, never over feed.

They will eat some of the algea as well.

The only other fish that I know get along with fancy guppies are the many varieties of cory.

Molly can get little bigger than guppy, and it might try to eat the babies. If you wish to breed your guppies then its best to keep only guppy.
