I don't think the Pheobe is that bad....she IS a character on Friends ya know!! Victoria is pretty, but I would go with Vicki for short, not Vick...she'll get made fun of..I had a friend in High School who's name was Ivy and she was the sweetest thing ever! My brother in law has a girlfriend by the name of Toni. And there is Charlie Therzon. So all in all, I don't think that these names are all that bad. At least she didn't pick names like Apple...like most celebrities are doing, or Coco.Give her some credit, being a mother is hard work, be there for her!

Toni is fine the next name correct spelling is Ivy its ok too .the next name is spelled really badly ,the correct spelling is Phoebe and its a good name.Charlie is more of a girls nickname the name could be Charlotte or Charlene that would be okay too.i dont like Victoria but the correct nickname is either Vicky or Torie.they are not bad you just need to know how to read and write!!! good luck.

I think Toni, Victoria, and Charlie are bad. I do like Phebe and Ivey when they are spelled right as Phoebe and Ivy. And Charlie is not bad on a girl as a nickname for Charlotte.

Well, Antonia would be better than Toni, and then she could use it as a nickname.
Ivy is pretty!
Phoebe is a little off the cuff, but it worked on Friends ;)
Charlie is only okay if it's short for Charlotte (or Charles if it's a boy's name)
Victoria is pretty and so are Vicki and Tori.
Not so bad. Anyway, it's her choice.

I like Ivy, and don't mind Phoebe. Charlie would be cute for a nickname, but not as the full proper name. Maybe Charlotte, with Charlie as the common nn?
Victoria will always be called Vicky, and I think it's overused. Toni is just kinda blah.

Victoria, Ivy, Phoebe, and Charlotte are fine, with those spellings. Vick, Vicky, and Toni stink as nicknames.

The only one I don't really care for for a girl is Charlie. I see no problem with the rest. In fact, I knew a little girl named Antoinette (I believe), and her family and everyone else called her "Toni" for short. I thought it was cute.
You may not want to hear it, but it's going to be your sister's baby. SHE gets to choose the name she likes. No one else's opinion matters too much. My mom let other people persuade her into not naming me the name she wanted, and has always been sorry.
I am 14 weeks pregnant now, and my husband and I are thinking of names for our baby. I don't intend to tell people what we choose, because I don't want to hear people tell us what bad names they are. If the parents like the name, and it's not anything derogatory, who should care?
But that's just my opinion.....

Toni could be cute but if I went with something like that I would pick Tori or Taylor
Ivey is not so good, maybe a middle name?
Phebe, kinda old fashioned, It's okay though
Charlie- no. it is a boy name
Victoria is pretty, I don't like Vick. Maybe Vicky?
Good Luck, and remember it is her choice!
Here are some other names that are cute:
Shelby
Charlotte
Sophie
Alexis
and
Paige

I like Charlie and Victoria, with Tori as the nickname. I actually just made a hideous family on the sims, and the daughter's name was Phebe.
