How is international business affected by the US trade laws? I know that the WTO has alot to do with the laws?

that help to keep agreements, overtaxing and tariffs in place so that business can continue to be conducted within all countries that want to do business. I also know that without certain restrictions the idea of doing business internationally would not be in the best interest of alot of companies.....

US laws are only favorable to them and detrimental to other countries.

For businesses to do business in other countries, they need to have some level of cooperation with the otner nations, they need to have some standard practices.

The WTO (World Trade Organization) is where the different nations come together on behalf of their people, and their business interests to try to settle different views.
* Our politicians (not neccessarily all the people) want US enterprises to export jobs to China, but they want those jobs to deliver safe products back to America
* Europeans want USA to label which food products contain genetic modifications. USA politicians opposed to this
* Many nations only want products packaged in decimal, but we want to export other kinds of packaging

So the WTO comes to an agreement that a tarrif is not allowed, can't come to agreement on VAT, and this leads to the laws being changed in all the nations. Some nations are very slow to implement WTO agreements.
