nothing to let go of, coz there is really none to cling on to....

Only when you cease to be remembered by others. Until then, "Well, you know Aunt Ida would've made 100, but died a week shy of that." or "Grandpa Jack, the old rascal -- four wives in 10 years." or "Yes, I was only just 13 when my mother died -- a time when I needed her so badly." and so on.

Time does not exist for the moment is all there is..and what we may call the future because we think in linear fashion ..may not be..so there is no future..
Similarly..what we call the past is not..it existed as moment only..thus all there is.. is the moment.
You cannot grasp the moment neither can the moment hold you .. you are beyond measure or constraint..you simply are...

i dont really think i would want it to, as then what would there be? if you mean time as in the daily progression of life, it continues, the sun rises and sets, our bodies mature and age, as to all the other time factors and constraints we place upon ourselves, it is us who must manage it, or else let it go,

No. Time never had you in its clutches to begin with. Time is nothing more than a measurement system.
What holds a person captive is their own mind.
