Hello, the American Indians repected nature and worshipped God (the Great Spirit) in their own way -- as many people around the world do. Best wishes!

Why would the Native Americans need conversion? They were all Mormons, right?
I think I'm going to have to stop paying attention to Joseph Smith.

Lots of people believe in a god. Some believe in one God but the bible says 'Good you believe in one God. Even the demon's believe that and shudder'. It's not believing inGod that brings salvation but believing in Jesus Christ, 'The Way, the Truth and the Life' :)

GOD has revealed himself to all peoples & cultures.
If the missionaries were astute enough to realize that,
they could have enriched both cultures.
Unfortunately, they were driven by the civil powers.
