The ones at the Palms are packed with people of your age group and slightly older (not creepy old or anything!). I loved the Ghostbar. Great atmosphere, and you are 55 stories up looking at a view over Vegas. It is worth going just for the experience and the view. I doubt you'd be disappointed with any Palms club, it's certainly geared for your age group.
For any Vegas club, take plenty of money. Drinks are never cheap. Neither is the entry fee unless you go during the week.
Also, dress to impress as they say. Unlike many clubs around America, Vegas has a fairly strict dress code. So make sure you look good.

Here are a few hotspots that might keep you going:
Tangerine (Treasure Island)
Tangerine is the name and the funky, retro decor in orange and white includes fabrics draped over walls that glow with orange light while a bevy of burlesque dancers hop on the bar and strip from glitzy evening gowns to their lingerie several times a night. Of course, often the lingerie is merely painted on! The club has one of the hotel’s best views of the Strip, plus the Siren Cove. During the day a steel drum band performs as daiquiris are served on the patio.
HOUSE OF BLUES (Mandalay Bay)
The legendary chain of restaurants-***-live music venues and nightclubs provides an eclectic mix of music to serve all tastes. The venue, which can hold 1,900 people, plays host to every kind of band from rock to R&B, reggae, hip-hop, country, jazz and, of course, blues.

The top clubs are PURE, Tryst, Tao, Body English, and Rain. Pretty much in that order. LAX is opening up this weekend, and its owned by PURE management, so that place is going to be amazing....it will be in full swing by the time you are there. The other newest club is more low-key: Blush. I always recommend using a hosting service to get you in. For a little more money, they will guarantee no waiting in line for an hour to get in. I use these guys, they have been very reliable.

I love good r&b to homegirl, so check out club 54 at the mgm on saturday night. They have hip hop r&b night and they have it going on too! The "tao" is too hard to get into and so is "pure", Plus their music is a little to pop for me. There are a few off the strip too, but can't remember the names. Look into the vegas directory when you get there, it will give you a full description of clubs and there specifications. Good luck!

I would rate the clubs as follows:
1. Studio 54 @ MGM
2. Voodoo @ Rio
3. Body English @ Hard Rock
4. Tangerine @ T.I.
5. Rain @ Palms
I would avoid:
Pure @ Caesers - staff is rude, drinks are weak and overpriced
OPM @ Caesers - music is horrid, rough crowd
TAO @ Venetian - if you're not dropping rolls of cash, you get ignored
Have fun!

opm for a hip hop crowd that can get down
tao and pure are good, but always so packed and busy. it's hard to even get on the dance floor. girls usually don't have a problem getting in.
a lot of the lounges around the strip like tangerine are more for old folks. i'd stay away from them.
