It is a mind set that all salesmen have that the sale is always good, that they are just walking through the motions of getting it on paper. Been there and done that. You need to be informed on the product. You need to be informed on the buyer. You also need to make it seem like you are the only friend this guy has in the world who will tell him the truth about the deal. You want everyone to trust the deal long enough to sign on the bottom line and then it is out of your hands. Everything is doable, nothing is a problem, if you need it now I will have it for you yesterday. So, can we put this deal to bed? Extend hand and shake.

Attitude, up but not too up, sensitivity, intuition. Intuition is the secret to the most successful and famous people throughout all time. Have you read the updated version of "Think and Grow Rich"? Check out some of my answers so I don't repeat myself so much. They range quite a bit too as a broad knowledge can be used by analogy to every situation. Like, the object of surfing, like life, isn't to get to the beach, it's the ride. Or, he who would lead, should serve, which is true to a point. Help them get what they want and they close. Don't forget that they have to close in the end, isnt that true. But they say you close the deal. A book doesn;t tell you how they close, intuition does. Each individual is different. Put them in a category and you only get a percentage.
