Look in your fuse box and if you have the paper that is in the fuse box, it will tell you which one. Most of the time one fuse controls the entire radio. I would try, depending on how savvy you are with cars/electronics, sliding the stereo out and checking all the wires and make sure none are bad or have become unattached. Worst case scenario, ask around at electronic stores and see if they have any advice or will look at it.

Yeah, it sounds like a fuse. Have a look at the fuse panel in the car (left side under the dash) The lid of the panel will ave a chart on it to tell you what's what. If you can't find it on that one, check the one under the hood (but it probably will not be this one) These cars take small blade style fuses that can be purchased pretty cheap at any auto shop (the box may also have a few spares in it)
If this doesn't work, I have also seen this happen to a car that had a taillight grounding out (yeah it was wierd) Every time the breaks were hit, all the lights in the car would dim. If you can't find the problem yourself, I'd take it to a honda dealer. They'll be farmilliar with the car and probably have better luck than you. Mechanics HATE electrical problems, and for good reason.

Shitif the cars still starts I'd say it has to be a switch the one that turns on all the electronics when you start the car there would probably be an electrical smell if there was a blown fuse have you ever had electrical work done

Check the fuse box, which should be on the lower part of the dash board, on the left side of the dast, or on some other panel. Also, check the dash light dimmer switch that should be located by the gauges; turn the knob when your lights are on to adjust the brightness.

Honda had a problem with the radio displays on the 2003 and 2004 models that required the back unit to be replaced. They had an extended warranty on it.
on your car the vehicle is warranted for 3 years or 36,000 miles. if you are under 36,000 miles the car is covered under warranty and Honda will find out what the problem is and repair it at no charge.
if its over 36,000 miles I would still recommend taking it to the dealer. It may have the same problem that they extended the warranty on for the 2003 and 2004 models.
hope that helps
