i am only 12 and i hav jus started my period tthis year and ihave it agian right now and i hav major cramps and a headache and the pad gets like soaked with blood(i havent figured out tampons yet) and this is only my 4th period?

Yes, it's all quite normal...I started when I was 12 too...
it takes a while to regulate your cycle too... :)

I would say that's normal...when I was your age I had the same type of problem. It may be your body just adjusting to the "newness" of all this...of course it doesn't slow down...let someone you can trust or talk to know. As of now I personally do not feel this is a PROBLEM...HOPE THIS HELPS...ALSO THERE IS AN HERB THAT YOU CAN TAKE TO SLOW THINGS DOWN BUT I'm NOT SURE SINCE YOU'RE JUST BEGINNING THIS IF IT WOULD BE OKAY...LEMME KNOW GF..TAKE CARE AND HANG IN THERE.

very normal. Talk to your mom about it. She can reassure you , and she might also get you some maxi pads for your heavy days. I would also hold off using the tampons for a few years.
