To me, it's the Shakespearean phrase, "The Lady (or man) doth protest too much" - There's nothing wrong with him being gay, I've no problem with that, but it's so obvious he's lying! What do you think? He's a hypocrite.

Republican- what else can you expect? They are so obsessed with sexuality ( or rather the lack thereof) that they will deny ,deny deny until they all turn blue in the face. Besides, he is from a conservative state, where he is scared ( and probably rightly so) that he will be hurt or maimed for not being straight. It is sad, where it is more important as to whom you sleep with vs. the good you can do and the work you perform regardless of party.

Hes worried about losing his support....its funny, im sure thru his 20 some years in congress he's been lauded by his party for his great work, his constituants have re-elected him over and over, considering him the "mosyt qualified"......suddenly they find out he's gay.....and he is shown the door
