He is spoiled to a point. Just like all stars or even ordinary people who have a lot of money do not know how to manage it. They don't know when to stop spending the money. They have become so happy to have all that cash that they don't realize that it could be gone in a matter of moments.
I think that his parents need to set limits which I am sure that they have at some point, but keep in mind that ordinary parents who have children and have a lot of money are in the same situation. I know some of my friends who get everything that they want like a car for instance, but a couple of months later they wreck it, cry to mommy and daddy and get another car just like that.
It's all comes down to the parents, star or not, to cut off the amount of spoiling that they give their child. If they don't then how will a kid be able to make it in the world if they get whatever they want and then all of a sudden they can't.
