I want to hook up my older hard drive to my new computer, so I can put an OS on it. I don't have a cd or boot disk to install an operating system on my old disc... I want to add windows 98 onto my old disk by using my new computer and using my old HD as a slave... Is this possible???

Hi. Yes. The easiest way is to load the new OS on your second drive with the first unplugged to prevent an accident. When you wish to boot to Windows lets say, just change the boot sequence in BIOS.

Yes you can. If your BIOS has the feature, it will allow you to chose which drive to boot from. On mine I just press F11, when it starts.
