Easiest ways I know, is to mow about a dozen yards durrign the week on both weeks... and maybe clean a couple houses for cheap (if youcome up and ask for like $10 a yard and $5 to wash their car with your stuff, then you'd make some good money...
Other than that find a good family friend with a business that can unofficially hire you...

Work around the house to get some money. Wash your neighbors cars. Have a yard sale. There are lots of things you can do. Babysit a neighbors kid. good luck!

If you sell crap you don't use anymore you should make a bit.
Ask your parents to help you with a garage sale. Then if you don't get enough from that, do some chores for money.

Mowing grass, help with chores, offer to help people in the neighborhood, especially elder people. Deliver newspapers, babysitting...there's lots of opportunity if you look for it.
