I'm planning on seeing it this weekend. What do you think of it so far based on the commercials for it?

I saw the midnight show the other night. It's a good movie overall. First half is excellent, the second half I had a few problems with. Very brutal death scenes, and overall it is a scary movie.
I'm a huge fan of the original, and that one's still the best, but you can't really compare this to it. This movie definitely stands on its own two feet.

I have heard it was very good, I wondered if it was better than the original and am told it was just as good.

when i first heard about it i was kinda bummed out that they were doing it, but the more prieviews i see, the better i think it'll be. i hope it's good.
