THE LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT 1972 (Female victim bites off penis of her rapist).
THE MARK OF THE DEVIL 1970 (Graphic and historically accurate scenes of Medeival torture of accused witches and sorcerers in a small German town). When I saw this flick in 1970 they passed out Vomit Bags to the audience.

I'm not sure that scary word be the right word for most of these movies because it's more of a question of just plain old disgusting gore. I can watch any horror movie without being scared, but it's things like being reminded of something gross while you're eating that come to play. Each horror movie has that one moment.

Bugsy Malone, made me want to puke.
Oh and Cannibal Holocaust, most of it especially the bits in the original version with the real animals being killed. If I go into details of what else is in the film... I shouldn't, kids could be looking at this.

Saw! Any of them. I have seen them on DVD and when a gory part starts, I turn my back and tell my husband to tell me when it is safe to look.
Details? You really want them? Hows cutting off limbs, various body parts being ripped up or plunged into acid, and pig "ickor". (is that how you spell it?)
That's my answer. I'm going to go be sick now.
