Great Avatar first off....GO SOX! You have to respect her wishes even if you and I don't agree with them. If you love her enough then it is no problem to deal with. I mean that is why god gave us opposable thumbs anyway right?

It is easy, she wants to know that you are not with her just for the sex. She wants a commitment that is deeper then words or sex. How old are you guys, if you are old enough to marry and able to support your family, then it's time to put your money where your mouth is and show her you want to spend your life with her by standing up and making the commitment.

If you are not old enough then you should focus your energy on preparing yourself for marriage by focusing on school so that when you are married and want children you can support them and provide a good home for them. She is looking to the future, and wants to know that you are too.

Words don't work in this situation, any guy will say he loves her and wants to spend the rest of his life with her when she is giving you sex. A man will show it by honoring her and preparing for a future together and all the challenges that come with that future.

Because she realizes that if she is having sex with you now that it is unlikely that you will ever marry her. I have a friend that lived with a guy for 4 years. He liked the relationship just as it was. No marriage. Finally she realized that he was never going to marry her and she moved out. That is where she is coming from on this issue.

She has changed her mind for whatever reason, religious, moral, ethical, safety ( like concerned about pregnancy before marriage ) or maybe she doesn't believe you are going to marry her and you are just sticking around for the sex.... She's your girlfriend, why don't you know the answer to this question?
Dude you just answered a question saying you cheated on your girlfriend and said in fact you have 2 GIRLFRIENDS - Um, MORON did you think that maybe that was the reason ONE of your girlfriends stopped having sex with you? Please

Waiting shows that you respect her, you view her as more than just gratification at that very moment, the fact that you can wait till marriage shows that she means much more to you than sex. You are going to be with her for life hopefully, you can't control yourself enough and show her enough respect and love to wait till then?

Whtz so hard to understand?..she wants to wait so let it be...u said love her and want to spend the rest of your life together....then why not respect this desicion of hers?......if things are great with you even after sometime....you should think of proposing to her....get married and live happliy ever after!

It seems strange that she did have intimate relations with you for awhile and THEN pulled the "I want to wait until marriage" card. Sounds to me like shame issues about sex.

First of all if she wanted to wait until you and her married than she should have not slept with you in the begannning . if she is saving it for the honey moon than she is late already.she already got you started on this and now she wants to break it off i think she is heading the wrong way out.
i dont understand why sex is a big problem now give me a break. best of luck

well maybe it is taking to long to get married and she figured she is going to stop giving you sex until you commit to her fully. Maybe she is talking to someone that opened her eyes to the fact that she needs to wait to have sex until she is married. it is not a big thing, maybe this is a good idea for both of you if it is not then you should marry her like she wants. goodl uck.

Is she pressuring you to marry her? Maybe she thinks that if she stops, you'll speed up the process and marry her quickly.

She may want to be a "virgin" on her wedding night. My husband and I didn't have sex for several months before our wedding, so that it would be "NEW" for both of us:)
