If someone gets the american citizenship but then goes to live in another country still needs to pay any kind of taxes to the IRS?

Sure, once you become a US citizen, you have to pay taxes to the IRS on your worldwide income, no matter where you live, unless you give up your citizenship. You can get a credit (either full or partial) from the IRS for taxes paid to another country on income.

If you are a US citizen, whether by birth or by naturalization, then yes, your worldwide income is subject to US income tax no matter where you live. If you are paying income taxes to a foreign country, you might be able to deduct those from what you owe in the US.

Once you are a US citizen your world wide income is subject to tax. You could have an exclusion if you are living and working outside the US for a period of time.
