galvanized elastomeric coatings?

I'm looking to find the name and maker of a good quality galvanized elastomeric coating that will bond with rusty metal and be able to cover over and fill holes that have rusted into the metal.
I would like to find one that carries a warranty.

Without cleaning the rust the is nothing that will do much good. Why not just replace the metal? I assume this is some sort of flashing.
