No, not SPANISH, but Hispanic. Spanish refers to the country known as Spain, while Hispanic refers to all of the people whose nation of origin is a country with Spanish as it's official language. I think you have the right idea, just the wrong wording.

And it "most illegal immigrants in the U.S. are Hispanic," not "most Hispanic people are illegal immigrants." The latter says ALL Hispanics in the whole world, including those in Latin America. I'd strongly suggest getting a dictionary.

I think you mean Mexican. Very few people from Spain are trying to immigrate to the U.S.
Most illegals immigrants to the U.S. are (Spanish-speaking) Mexicans, or, in Florida, (Spanish-speaking) Cubans.

If you're doing a report, you'll need a better resource than personal opinion and more accurate statistic, though - search for "illegal immigration" at wikipedia.com

Most Spanish people are NOT illegal immigrants, however where I live, most illegal immigrants happen to be of Mexican descent. The majority of Hispanics in my hometown are American citizens however, just like the rest of us.

NO !!!!! They may speak a certain DIALECT of Spanish (as in Mexican; Cuban; Panamanian- etc.), but most are certainly NOT Spanish ! (Most true Spaniards- have no interest in coming to the U.S.- anyway. They like their OWN Country- thank you very much!).

"Native American" is a legal term referring to citizens Amerindian tribes of the US. There are indigenous people in Mexico, but they are not Native American. "Is that true? The illegals coming over are people like the Apache or Cherokee living on a reservation? ": Why would there be Cherokees coming in from Mexico? Cherokees never even lived in Mexico, and are very different from the indigenous groups there. "How come they don't look like the Indians you see on TV, like Sitting Bull?": Most of the "Indians" in movies and TV shows are not actually native. The way actual Native Americans look varies from nation to nation and from person to person, and most don't look like the "Indians" on TV. @RayHere: "Mexico is the only government that paid out bounties for indian scalps": The US and Canada did too...
