The third one because it looks functional but the model is not great. Btw, ikea's prices are high like crazy in the states! wow !!

If I were to choose from those 3, it would have to be number 2. Darker shades of wood, for me, is not conjusive to learning. It only makes me want to rest my books on it and go do my homework on the bed.

The first one's design was somewhat ok but it lacks functionality and knowing how stuff multiplies it won't be enough.

If you're willing to spend for IKEA, Have you tried taking a look at Ethan Allen's line?
