Should I trade RB Chris Henry and Mike Bell for Edgerin James?

I would like a quality bench RB and two for 1 seems reasonable.

Shanahan says Travis Henry is going to be the featured back in Denver, so unless he gets injured, Bell isn't going to see the field much. Bell is only valuable if you're counting on Henry to get injured.

As for Chris Henry, I don't think he'll do anything whether he sees the field or not. I know he ran a great 40 time and somehow the Titans convinced themselves that he'd be a great 2nd round pick, but Chris Henry just isn't a very good football player, despite being a good athlete. He didn't make plays at Arizona, and his career rushing average was 3.1 yards per carry. If he can't make plays in college, you're kidding yourself if you think he'll make plays in the NFL.

James will see the field a lot and he has a good chance to make an impact, so he is a much, much greater value than Henry and Bell.

yes. Henry will have a hard time sharing carrys with 2 other backs and Bell is only usefull if henry gets hurt. Unless you have Henry and are keeping Bell for back up James is a decent option.

yes. bell plays if henry gets hurt which wont likely happen. chris henry doesnt even start and isnt likely to get many carries. edge=1200 yards and 9 tds atelast.
