Duck definetly - chicken can be in many dishes - but duck stands out in the taste..its not so dry as some chicken can be.

it practically tastes the same. but since i'm so used to eating chicken, and since eating a DUCK seems so wierd to me, i would still prefer chicken over duck ANYTIME!
