Would Wal Mart refund my 360 game if it didn't have the reciept and shrink wrap?

But still have the seal?

They probably won't give you your money back, but will either exchange for another game or give you the money on a gift card.

No, only if it's defective and your changing it for the same thing. They won't refund it....they're a pain in the @$$....Try to sell it on Ebay or Craigslist.com.
