Question could be read as:-
2 / [3 (3x - 5)] - 3 / [ 4 (5x - 3)]
But will go for:-
(2/3)(3x - 5) - (3/4)(5x - 3)
2x - 10/3 - 15x/4 + 9/4
- 7x/4 - 40/12 + 27/12
- 7x/4 - 13/12

2/3(3x-5) - 3/4(5x-3) =
2x - 10/3 - 15x/4 + 9/4 =

8x/4 - 40/12 -15x/4 + 27/12 =

-7x/4 - 13/12 = -21x/12 -13/12

-1/12(21x + 13) = 1/12(-21x - 13)
