I totally do. If you are talking about what I think your talking about then...Yes, I do.
I think this phrase is commonly used by people that are feeling particularly down, or embarrassed about something and would rather cover it up and fake that they are fine, in hopes that their body and mind will be tricked and one day they WILL actually be well and fine.
Oh my god, is anyone supposed to understand that?
Be careful though, sometimes faking it really wont help, it just makes it easier for a bit.
I suggest a friend, or doctor, or someone you trust, or some sort of professional to talk. Whatever you're keeping in, and hiding from can't be that bad. Can it? ahh whatever!
I totally fake it, and I am still waiting to actually make it.
