Get it all out in the open. Print copies of the emails and show her husband. Confront your husband and let him know that he is cheating and he needs to make a choice NOW or you will leave (and take half his assets) and never return..

i have no why exactly to answer this since i dont know what she as done but anytime someone makes you uncomforable there is usually a reason so i would confront her and get it out in the open before you lose the friendship.

if you are uncomfortable wit h her actions she must be doing something to warn this maybe you need to regroup look at it again and decide if its too much and then forget her and move on.
