Hmm...well presumably it wouldn't be that much different, because you can only focus on one thing at once, so the eyes on the other side of your head would roll to look at whatever it was. So..you might get better side to side vision but you still wouldn't be able to focus on lots of things at once.

Nothing could sneak up on us, that's for sure. I think our optic nerves would need reinforcement. And, our perceptionary areas of the brain would have to change in order to comprehend the multiplied nervous signals. My neck wouldn't get so sore having to turn all day following birds in flight.
