If asked and they could I believe Greece would help. The distance is one problem and availability of equipment for that long would be another.

Technically, grease isn't flammable. However, it helps facilitate the spread of materials that *are* flammable, so it has the effect of enlarging the area on fire.

Hell no, Greece wouldn't help. Good point. In fact, America bankrolls the entire world, and I don't see too many countries popping up to help us when we're in need. In fact, many of them sit back, laugh and talk about how we deserved it and had it coming.
