Actually, everything is off limits except the Kitchen/Dining Room.
And since you are considering EVERY Room, would you Really want to eat in the Bathroom!?! *gag*

Well, considering I am the mom, nope, I can eat anyplace I want to. But the kids are not supposed to eat anywhere except at the table. But they do anyway, sometimes. Depends on how messy the food is, really.

No one is allowed to eat anywhere in my house except the Kitchen and Dining Room and if they are caught eating in any other room it's hell to pay!
