The real question is this. Can all the countries that are underdeveloped become developed and can the world economy provide food and resources for everyone. Think about this look into the map and identify the size of Spain, Portugal, and England. They dominated the treaties and the business as early as the 1400. Spreading to the UNITED STATES. why do you think Russia, Africa, Asia do not take over the world economy. Because guidelines are in place that assure that these countries will only be suppliers for the SO CALLED FIRST WORLD COUNTRIES and not SUPER POWERS.

Absolutely not;-} a lot of aid goes to the governments.
They spend it on arms & themselves, to keep control.
Support the faith-based NGOs, they really do help.
First priority is clean water, then food, & education.
The most brilliant solution is micro-financing.
Small loans to families to buy tools & seeds.
They feed themselves & sell the surplus.
Then they pay back so another can succeed.
