I believe that all people start out equal...and it ends there...I am better than some and worse than others...
I am definitely better then say Charles Manson...but not nearly as good as Mother Theresa..

It would depend on what you mean by better. It is certain that some people are smarter, or more attractive.
I do think all people should be treated equal in the eyes of the law. I think that is an ideal that should be strive for. I don't think it is always the case. Money and power can get more "justice" than a public defender.
Please note I use "justice" as a form of sarcasm.

That's rather a trick question, but I'll do my best to answer it.
Basically, we're all passengers on planet Earth. We all have to live here, drink the water, breathe the air, etc.
Granted, some folks with greater incomes can afford to have homes outside of manufacturing sectors and in generally "better" conditions.
So, in terms of basic human needs, no, I am not "better" than anyone else.
One of my passions is the great outdoors; the wilderness, but I'm just another "user" and as such, things like available camp sites, firewood, etc. are shared by all "users."
Now, if you want to talk about individual skills, talents, abilities, etc., then yes, I am "better" than others, and perhaps not as good as some. In certain specific skills, I am definitely in the top 10%.

All persons are equal Some are more intelligent, some are more beautiful. I do not believe I am better than anyone, but I do believe I have better skills than some.

You would need to be more specific. In some areas John, even though you are a great guy, I am probably better than you, as you are better than I in some areas.
So yes, I am better than others in some ways.

I think I'm better than someone who hurts, kills, or hates others.
I would never deny them rights or privleges, but at the end of the day I think I'm on a different level than them

Hell yes. I know I'm better than baby rapers, and I'm better than child abusers. I'm better than Michael Vick or any other jerk who tortures animals for "fun".
And I'm worse than some people - for example, Mother Theresa....yeah, I know she's dead but she was a pretty damned amazing person.
