...for an adult/elderly facility (like a small type of a nursing home). My application is being reviewed right now and they dont know yet that i was arrested for a felony... will they still issue me a license or once they issue it, can they revoke immediately after finding out??

If it was something violent you probably wont get licensed

Depends on whether you were arrested, or convicted, on the felony charge. You just mention arrested. If you weren't convicted, unless it is still pending, it shouldn't matter.
If you falsified your application by leaving off the felony charge, then yes, they would likely revoke it as soon as they find out. Or if shows up on a background check, the license wouldn't be granted in the first place.
