I suppose the answer is Dennis Eckersley who had saves in 1988, 1990, and 1991. He was not on the 1989 team. So they were not in 3 consecutive years. (Doug Jones had the save in '89)

Mariano Rivera is the only other pitcher with 3 saves in All-Star history. Doing it in 1997, 2005, 2006. He did make appeareances between '97 and '05, including closing out the wins in 2000 and 2004, but was not credited with a save due to the situation. He did not have a blown save in that time, so it could be argued that he had three "consecutive saves" as well as he had three saves in three opportunities.

Umm....nobody.

The only two pitchers with 3 All-Star game saves are Mariano Rivera and Dennis Eckersley.

Rivera - 1997, 2005, 2006
Eckersley - 1988, 1990, 1991

Nobody else has more than two All-Star game saves.
