yes, mostly. the moon is full because of its position relative to earth and the sun. this cylcle changes of course once every 28 days or so.
The moon you see as full in NZ will still be full in the UK 12 hours later, but it will be different by 12 hours/28days or 1/56 of the cycle.

Yes, but the time in New Zealand and the UK is 12 hours apart (UK is GMT, NZ is GMT+12, 12 hours ahead of the UK), so when it is midnight in New Zealand, it is midday in the UK. So yes, the moon is the same for everyone, but probably only New Zealand would be able to see it (the moon can sometimes be seen during the day, however.)
However, the moon will still be full when the UK hits night.

Yes, but full moon in Europe might be at night but in daytime in New Zealand and might not be visible/
