I'm trying to track down a "song" I once heard which was a man's voice talking about an old house.
It was someone along the lines of Springsteen or Dylan I think.

Sorry, but that could be any number of Halloween themed CDs. Try going to Amazon.com and looking up Haloweed CDs. At least they have clips you can listen to and see if you're on the right track.
There's a series called Drew's party music or something like that and there are several others.

look on google , describe it as best as poss, look for a song or lyrics website. or look on you tube, for both artists, u might get lucky. good luck
