Asante Samuel will be a New England Patriot for 2007

Who is happy we got our best CB since Ty Law back?

I am...They need him...and hopefully they will be working out a long term deal before the end of the season...People are saying well, lets see if he can do what he did last year...I'm pretty sure he is the real deal...The poster above talking about Randy Moss may not be familiar with Corey Dillon...They said pretty much the same thing about him...That seemed to work out pretty well...and they won't keep Moss if he gets out of line...Thats the Patriot way...only good characters...

Anyway, bring on the Colts...Its PAYBACK time!!!...

In all actuallity I never had a doubt about assante showing up my concern was hearing about moss getting injured again. and for the other people out there what part of a great coaching staff don't you understand as far as randy moss goes he would not have been picked up by the patriots if bill belichick did not think he could work moss out of his bad habits picked up by all the other losing a** teams he played for

I personally think they should just cut ties with Randy Moss. To the person above who is comparing Randy Moss to Corey Dillon, remember... Dillon actually showed up and played a few seasons for the Pats, so far Moss is just proving to be his injury prone self again. They need to just dump him and take the loss as quickly as possible, its whats best for the team. Stallworth and Welker can carry the load through the air.

I'm still disappointed in the Moss trade... For a team that has taken pride in the strength of character of the players and coaches, to take on habitual whiner who only tries when he wants is a step in the wrong direction... Moss'll start bitching when Brady spreads the ball around instead of trying to force a pass to a guy who's covered...

To me it is no news. It'd be news if he didn't report.
