It depends on the credit risk and the interest rate.

If you have AA credit and are offering 10% there is probably a 100% chance you will get funded.

If you have D credit or are rated HR (High Risk) and are offering 15%, there is probably a 0% of getting funded.

I don't know if anyone has done an analysis of the funding rates but many lenders complain about the lack of "quality borrowers".
